Biography:
After moving to Tokyo at the age of 20, he trained as a bartender at various locations across the city. At 30, he moved to New York, working at renowned establishments such as NOHO’s BOHEMIAN NY as Head Bartender, EAST VILLAGE’s ANGEL’S SHARE, and LOWER EAST SIDE’s EXPERIMENTAL COCKTAIL CLUB.
Now based back in Tokyo, he serves as our Beverage Director, focusing on menu development, staff training, guest bartending, and bar consulting.

We serve light snacks and flower-themed drinks, but no full meals. Our focus is on a multisensory flower experience. -
